Biopython has a huge repository that I believe is poorly user-interfaced. SPADE thus has the opportunity to become a large supplier of some really great general purpose bioinformatics programs and all we need to do is write graphical user interfaces to all of their stuff, then represent output graphically in the molecular viewer.
