Looks great had no problems installing or running it. I am using the one with SDK 3.5. But unfortunately it does not connect my 77D. It does connect to my Rebel XTI, but doesn't show a shutter count. The old SDK version gives an error message with the Rebel XTI.

Very handy application

Work so well with Canon EOS 500D

Worked on Windows 11 for checking shutter count of Canon EOS 650D/Rebel T4i and Canon EOS 70D DSLR cameras.

Worked perfectly for me getting the shutter count of a Canon EOS 50D. The count was about what I was expecting.

works on my old 5Dm3, does not work on my new R5

Downloaded fine. Passed antivirus fine. Ran fine. Got my shutter count on 2 Canon bodies fine. Happy.

Works absolutely perfectly with my 7D's. I found the UI easy and very simple to use. It told me all I needed to know without any issues whatsoever. Both serial numbers were correctly displayed. I updated my Firmware after using this and then reconnected the cameras and the changes showed up straightaway. A simple but very invaluble addition to my software camera accessories.

Does not work on 7DMKII. When you connect the camera it says "7DMKII detected" at the bottom, but then if you hit the "Connect" button it says the camera is not connected.

I downloaded the SDF 3.5 version for Canon 5DS and it gave me endless popup messages saying "Violation dáccès à ládresse 0060FC1C dans le module 'CanonEosDigitalInfo.exe'. Lecture ds ládresse 00000000." I think I had about 500 of them by the time I rebooted the computer and it took ages to restart. What have you done to my computer? DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS SOFTWARE! IT DOES NOT WORK AND IS MALWARE

This version is not show information about Canon EOS 6d Mark II (at bottom string show Canon EOS 6d Mark II as connected, but no more information at general window). Please, add support for this model.

Excellent tool! Does exactly what it is meant for. And users complaining that it doesnt work wit Canon XYZ should read the docs. Something that users should be aware of: when you brought your camera to Canon Service it might happen that the shutter count is being reset, e.g. when major parts like the mirror box has been replaced. Used it with a 1DMIV and a 5DMIII

canon 6D Mark 2 Not working

This program has helped me a lot when I was buying Canon DSLR on a second market. Shutter counter rules forever.

This is exactly what i was looking for to check shutter count on my new used 7D. And being able to update other info and sync the time is fantastic. Thank you.
