picoTCP for DOS

The goal of this project is to build a port of the picoTCP TCP/IP stack for 16 bit DOS. It shall provide retro-developers with a modern, fast and efficient TCP/IP stack that can be used to create 16-bit network-enabled applications for DOS.

The picotcp4dos library is primarily meant to be used with the OpenWatcom compiler.
