    "Okay, but not the best..."

    Pros: CareerBuilder did it's job and as a recruiter I was able to get some candidates apply for the jobs I was posting.

    Cons: I personally don't think many people use CareerBuilder, so because of that you naturally won't get as many applicants who see your job posting.

    Overall: Overall, if you are wanting to post all of your jobs on many different platforms CareerBuilder can definitely be one of them. But, I wouldn't count on CareerBuilder being the one and only job posting platform you post on.
