Pros: How easy it is to navigate, 360 degree panorama, Countertop wizard, how you can put all the items in your design.

Cons: When you have views open it has a tendency to crash the program.

Overall: I really like the Version 13 vs Version 9. I love the way the renderings look real, I love how the catalogs are easy to install.

Pros: I like how I can get pricing and complete a drawing all in one and that there are so many catalog options I can pull into this tool. The end result is in a great visual for the client with a price attached to it.

Cons: I wish there were a few more options for the 3D to include a 3D tour for the customer, especially when there are multiple rooms.

Overall: Overall very good and I would recommend to others that they use. It is easy to use and learn. I do wish there was a more interactive 3D tour option.

Pros: It helped to show my customers the product fast and that helped in saving our time and it's easy to browse and render and gives a reality-like view of the kitchen.

Cons: It saves our time and pushes the customer to buy and that increases the rate of selling.

Overall: I like it. It's easy to use and it has a lot of options and variety. Has a loot of tools that help me in showing my creativity.

Pros: - Very easy to draw with and create layouts
- Intuitive UI that helps beginners learn how to use the software

Cons: - Found it difficult to find a couple menus to change doorstyles/specific details

Overall: I have only had a couple of weeks of experience with the software but in that time I have enjoyed using it and gotten used to all of the features.

Pros: - I like how easy it is to update cabinet catalogs
- how easy it is to generate reports
- Like the ability to make quick changes in the attributes section.

Cons: There is definitely a learning curve. Wish the UX was a little better.

Overall: Great if you know the tips and tricks to get your design done. Great way to show customers their finished product.

Pros: Ease of use when it comes to cabinet catalogs and creating spaces. Being able to show clients a 3D visual is amazing. Actually showing what tile and specific measurements will be. It is a great program for designers with a lot or little experience.

Cons: Do not like new rendering setup. The pictures do not look as realistic, miss ceiling lighting and becomes too light sometimes.
Also, wish there as a monthly option like Chief Architect.

Overall: Overall great experience and heave used this program for years. with most companies catalogs being compatible it creates ease of use when designing and ordering. Please change back rendering functions, the photos look to AI generated now and over done.

Pros: I like that the Cloud Browser is available. Its provides you with a lot more options to choose to provide your client with a good idea on what there project would look like.

Cons: At this time everything is fine. Maybe a few more tutorial videos would help. It would give the opportunity to watch on your own time,

Overall: I haven't used 20/20 in about 10 years and I'm amazed how many more options are available. This really provides you the look that you need to show your clients.

Pros: I love the in depth video training and the access to real time help if needed. Everyone that I have worked with thus far has been great. Looking forward to learning more about the program.

Cons: Feels a little dated. Some of the graphics appear a little dated but nothing that makes this program not worth having.

Overall: I am loving my learning with 20/20 and I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with it. I am excited to create new designs.

Pros: Nice to be able to access all of the necessary catalogs at my fingertips.

Great renderings. Nice that the program can be accessed from multiple computers.

Cons: If you forget to sign out of one computer, you cannot log into another.

Overall: Been using 2020 since 1999, it is nice to see them constantly improving the software. The ease of doing everything now compared to the past, makes it so much easier and faster to generate designs.

Pros: I really enjoy how simple and practical it is to use. I'm taking a class and we are learning how to use 2020 Design.

Cons: I think aesthetically the program could use some updates on the home screen and the tabs etc...

Overall: From the moment I started using 2020 Design, it quickly became apparent how practical and user-friendly it is. Pros: I like the ease of use, the simplicity to learn, the training webinars that keep me updated, along with the great customer service anytime I am in need!

Cons: I wish there were more items automatically in the cloud catalog. And that the catalog search was easier.

Overall: I have been using 2020 for 25 years and love this product. I would recommend this to anyone in the industry.

Pros: It was so extremely hands on and so many tips! Our instructor was very patient and knowledgeable. The length of the day was exactly correct and also the size of the class worked great! I came out knowing so much more and the tricks and tips we learned will go far in not only making my designs stunning and professional but also great selling tool as well! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for it!

Cons: Just trying to get on the internet but quickly fixed by HH IT guy.

Overall: I came out of this with so much confidence on using the 20/20 program, I did take the beginner course over 15 years back and have struggled to make my designs look professional! Now I do! Thank you all.

Pros: Even with some glitches from time to time, I've never really had any major issues with 2020. It's pretty easy to use.

Cons: It's still an app so there are glitches but it is to be expected.

Overall: I have been using 2020 for over 5 years and have had a mostly positive experience. No real major issues.

Pros: The rendering quality in 2020 is excellent and after speaking to other kitchen designers, have found that even though they use AutoCAD and Revit, they prefer the rendering quality of 2020.

Cons: I've experienced years of new 2020 versions since 1992 and still there are some things that haven't been upgraded. I've requested many times for certain things to be upgraded and still have yet to see. The Electrical symbols are too large and are outdated and some new symbols are missing for new technology. 2020 spaces seems to put more emphasis on entering other phases of (Business Management) design rather than make significant improvements to the cad program itself to remain current for working drawings and be more user friendly to Kitchen & Bath Designers.

Overall: I use 2020 Design Live everyday at work but am frustrated that I need to re-create the same elevation package every time. and I'm not talking about Schemes. I wish that I could be hired as a consultant temporarily or part time to help 2020 design improve on real issues. The NKBA scheme isn't per NKBA graphics and it would really help if it were. I have so many suggestions all the way around.

Pros: I love how this software allows you to add final touches like furniture, decor, and even dogs! I work from home, and when I design something for my customers it's of the utmost importance that anything they see is of the highest quality, and this software fully allows me accomplish that.

Cons: Sometimes 2020 can be a tad glitchy, but this might be a computer issue. With any software like this, if you don't install it on a computer that can handle it then issues are sure to arise.

Overall: 2020 is great CAD software! I highly recommend it. In the short period of time that I've been trained on it I have found that it is fairly user-friendly for those that have experience working with CAD software in general. I enjoy this software so much that I play around with designs on it when I'm off the clock!

Overall: A good program that is easy to use but might be a bit much for smaller companies. Learning the program is very easy.

Pros: The futures in the program is good and not too difficult to work with. It is good to have someone to assist you when you have a glitch on the system.

Cons: Some catalogs do not work correctly on shipping, volume and price is totally off, It is very frustrating to generate quote. Programs stall very often. Lighting in renderings is hard to work with, it does not give the looks depending on the color of the cabinets.

Overall: Overall is a good program, but it is too expensive, especially for a small business, the price is abusive.

Pricing is very high and renewal increases yearly with no additional support.
Does not integrate well with other programs.

Dimensions are not good enough.

Overall: Not a great program.
Dimensions do not stay in place.
Always have to add hand written items as 2020 does not enter them properly or the dimensions move.
Overall, the color rendering are extremely time consuming and are not good enough.

Pros: Being new and having come from using Auto CADD, 2020 for Commercial Furniture and other drawing programs, this one seems to be the most user friendly.

Cons: Since I am just starting to use the program. I do not know what and what cannot be done.

Overall: Very good program and easy to use. The tutorials area great and very easy to follow. I would be able to recommend this without any hesitation.

Pros: I like how you can easily visualize the drawings from the plan to elevations and renderings. And the variety of catalogs are amazing which opens you to array of options and possibilities in creating cabinet/kitchen designs.

Cons: I am just having a bit of a problems with dimensions.

Overall: Overall, it's a great software/tool to create various designs in the kitchen/cabinet industry. It allows you to do all the drawings from 2D and 3D. Highly recommend.
