Pros: None whatsoever. The entire platform is built on false advertising. If I had to state something, the website design looks professional before you pay - which makes the deception even more calculated and intentional.

Cons: The autopilot feature advertised throughout their homepage as “Connect to your exchange, turn autopilot on and you’re done” does not exist. After payment, it displays “coming soon”. This is deliberate false advertising. Customer service completely ignores refund requests - zero response. They successfully disputed my credit card chargeback with the bank but won’t communicate with me directly. The actual interface looks nothing like the pre-paywall marketing materials. What you receive is a basic manual trading bot requiring full configuration - the exact opposite of the advertised “zero configuration” autopilot system. They continue advertising this non-existent feature to trap new customers while knowing it doesn’t work.

Overall: Complete scam. DipSway charges for a flagship feature that doesn’t exist, refuses all refund requests, ignores customer communication, and continues false advertising. The company is based in Tallinn, Estonia and registered as DipSway OÜ. Save your money and choose any other legitimate trading platform. This is calculated fraud, not an oversight.

Pros: Every month till now my bot closed trades with an average of 4-5% return. Some trades are ~1%+ and some are around 9-10%+. The best feeling is to wake up with profitable trades.
I confirm the bot does what I paid it to do. No complaints there.
PERSONAL BONUS: After contacting the team for a chat, they literally implemented a feature I requested a couple weeks after.
I followed the platform development since January 2023 and it evolved quickly.

Cons: For now only the AI spot bot is available. I hope they introduce a Future bot with AI soon!

Overall: The service itself is something I wanted to try out. It turned out to be worth the try. I'm happy it's fresh and it works.

Pros: I enjoy having a bot that can trade better than me!
The crypto performance table inside the app really made a difference since it's been out. I personally use it to adjust my bot on a monthly basis.
Really good ROI, my trades are usually around 2-3%. I saw a few of 12%+ also so that was nice.

Cons: There really aren't bad things to say about DipSway. I wish some features I personally like were added and some more customisation would be nice. The support said that more custom parameters will be out soon so we'll see.

Overall: I'm a big fan of AI and crypto trading so the project itself is very appealing to me.
I started from a monthly subscription to test out with 500 USDT and the fact that the percentages were decent, I decided to go all-in and put bigger amounts.
I purchased the yearly so I wouldn't think about it and I left ~5k USDT in the wallet.
Well, it worked out amazingly! After the 1st month with 5k I nearly paid half the yearly fee.

Pros: The bot makes great trades, the platform is nice and very easy to navigate. And I haven't manually traded since I started my subscription.

The support is really good too!

Cons: Pretty new on the market apparently, so some parts still need development.

Overall: It feels great knowing a bot is placing better trades that I could ever place.
I got some good profits over this short period of time and I curious to see how it will hold up with time!
Definitely a good product, has a bright future ahead.

Pros: I like the design and the proposition of what is to come from the full version.
I'm an early testing and user so I've seen some amazing improvements and updates.

Cons: UX is a bit clunky right now as I believe they still working on features for full release.

Overall: Excited about what could come as the promise of AI trading is an exciting one.
Will try support and use the product as long as I can, as I can see the good intentions in the team and product development.

Overall: I have been using the service for approximately 2 months and the service seems very interesting. Both the technical aspect, but also the customer service seem to take all feedback into consideration!
