Pros: Direct Mail2.0 On-boarding was easy and the sales training and ongoing support were top notch. They truly take an approach that represents a partnership and achieve their success through the success of their clients.
Cons: Nothing to be precise but just that The deficits we had internally early on were offset by their team's willingness to join client calls or jump in to help address any technical issues related to campaign set up.
Overall: Client retention has been improved as a direct result of the effectiveness of the program features and we've won new client relationships that can be directly attributed to the additional service offering. The margin and bottom-line contributions have exceeded our expectations and our only regret has been not getting involved sooner.

Pros: Differentiates you as a mail provider.
Great data points to help client better understand their marketing results.Cons: USPS informed delivery rules can be a pain.
Would also like to be able to alter/backdate mail dates without supports help.
An easier, more seamless way of placing pixel codes. A lot of clients seem to have trouble with this. Would be great if we could somehow take care of this for them.Overall: Definitely happy with the product and DM team as a whole. They really are partners and will step in to help at any moment.

Pros: DirectMail2.0 has given us a way to help differentiate our company from our competition. Most important - it's a way for us to help our customers grow their businesses. The company stands behind their product and their staff is excellent.
Cons: The interface can be somewhat wonky sometimes, but it is always undergoing improvement.
Overall: Our experience with DM2.0 has been fantastic, and has been a game changer for us. The staff at DM2.0 is a difference maker.

Pros: The Direct Mail 2.0 platform accomplished the top 3 priorities we were hoping to address within our direct mail offering which were; improved client results, margin enhancement and product differentiation. On-boarding was easy and the sales training and ongoing support were top notch. They truly take an approach that represents a partnership and achieve their success through the success of their clients.
Cons: We haven’t had any significant issues with the platform itself, just the unavoidable learning curves associated with digital marketing products and educating a traditional sales team. The deficits we had internally early on were offset by their team’s willingness to join client calls or jump in to help address any technical issues related to campaign set up.
Overall: The platform is one of the lowest costs of entry I’ve ever seen given what comes along with it in terms of support. Client retention has been improved as a direct result of the effectiveness of the program features and we’ve won new client relationships that can be directly attributed to the additional service offering. The margin and bottom-line contributions have exceeded our expectations and our only regret has been not getting involved sooner.

Pros: The implementation of DirectMail2.0 has been transformational for our business! It has allowed us to seamlessly transition from traditional mail services to strategic marketing execution, and the response from customers has been exceptional. The technology is easy to use and DirectMail2.0's Support Team has been tremendously helpful every step of the way.
Cons: Unrelated to the technology itself, we're still evaluating the reliability of reporting for Mail Tracking. USPS services have been slow and predicted and confirmed delivery reporting has been unreliable.
Overall: Our positive experience and the results we're seeing from DirectMail2.0 thus far validate our decision to implement the technology. It's the future of Direct Mail!

Pros: The platform is intuitive both for uploading your work and to view the dashboard once the mailing job is active to review results. The support staff is super helpful and responsive to getting questions answered. They also bring a superior presence to the sales call when working with you and your clients. They come prepared and are a great addition to the conversation.
Cons: If you're not familiar with all the features of omni-channel mailing programs, it can be a bit of a learning curve. Not reflective of DM2.0 or their products. They have a great on-boarding support team.
Overall: Though we are new to the platform, it has been a tremendously positive experience. Rest assured, your mailing projects are in great hands.

-Always innovating and evolving in the mail industry and have the best inventions that go hand-in-hand with all of the USPS mail services.Cons: I truly don't have any complaints. I have had a phenomenal experience with DM 2.0.
Overall: This company has evolved and improved the mailing industry! Many people say direct mail marketing isn't effective anymore and DM 2.0 proves that common myth completely wrong!! Direct mail marketing still works as a marketing tool and DM 2.0 boosts it to be more effective in the marketing world!! This company truly cares for their clients/partners. They keep you updated on the latest products and train you on how to sell their products. They truly care for their people and that's what makes them even more unique. Erica and Morgan are the best training professionals!! They also do a killer job while they co-sell with you.
