Haiku is an open source operating system under constant development. Specifically targeting personal computing, Haiku is a fast, efficient, simple to use, easy to learn, and yet very powerful system for computer users of all levels. Additionally, Haiku offers something over other open source platforms which is quite unique: The project consists of a single team writing everything from the kernel, drivers, userland services, tool kit, and graphics stack to the included desktop applications and preflets. While numerous open source projects are utilized in Haiku, they are integrated seamlessly. This allows Haiku to achieve a unique level of consistency that provides many conveniences, and is truly enjoyable to use by both end-users and developers alike. Anthropic has launched Claude Haiku 4.5, its latest small-language model designed to deliver near-frontier performance at significantly lower cost. The model provides similar coding and reasoning quality as the company’s mid-tier Sonnet 4, yet it runs at roughly one-third of the cost and more than twice the speed. In benchmarks cited by Anthropic, Haiku 4.5 meets or exceeds Sonnet 4’s performance in key tasks such as code generation and multi-step “computer use” workflows. We avoid putting things into our UI in the same way you would hope that Apple and Microsoft would avoid putting things into the standard window frames of applications on their operating systems. The tab is our equivalent of a desktop application's title bar; the frame containing the tabs is a convenient mechanism for managing groups of those applications. In future, there may be other tab types that do not host the normal browser toolbar.

    Pros: Is excellent, speed, multiplatform, multi processor.
    Is a excellent operating system for any computer.
    No it's Linux, is different!

    Cons: Will be best the browser for web.
    And the interface graphics a little.
