"Does not function properly. " Posted 2022-07-25
Pros: The only good part of this POS is item subgroups. The rest of this message is padding to fill required character count.
Cons: Programming, stability, tech support, customer support, bugs.
Overall: This company has been such a let down. First day of receiving and installing KwickPOS the problems just started flowing. Menu improperly created, language mistakes, wrong items, fully customized for a different restaurant, not mine. I had to spend 5 days redoing the entire thing throughout service.

Next is the bugs. These are severe to critical. First is sending orders to kitchen. Several times daily the PoS will glitch and the function to send items to the kitchen will just not work. If you can’t send items, your POS is 100% useless. This took weeks to solve. Next there are severe errors that have gone on for 55 days, since day one of using kwickpos without a resolution.
The customer support/tech support is the worst aspect, and always the most important on my list of what is important from this type of company. Failure to respond, empty promises, just a total lack of concern for the well being of the company using their product. You can submit simple problems and the junior support staff all give different answers for fixing the same problems. Very messy, all the way up to the clueless developers. If you want a cheap POS with decent features, this isn’t a bad choice. But if you want something that works correct as intended, then look elsewhere. The options are endless and this was a total flop. -

"Timely response, flexible adjustment, powerful function" Edited 2022-02-25
Pros: 1. It can be operated flexibly in any area and using any equipment;
2. Remote ordering, self-service ordering, and SMS reminders are very convenient;
3. The service response speed is very fast;
4、They completed the merger of third-party food delivery platforms to automatically enter the system to issue ordersCons: The only thing they're missing is the need to add a lightweight mobile swipe device, looking forward to that!
Overall: As a food delivery platform that manages 35 restaurants, they allow us to combine the dishes of the 35 restaurants into one order, and at the same time automatically print out the orders from the kitchens of the 35 restaurants, which is a very great innovation that no one can do Yes, they are a great company!
