    "MYBOS has saved me time and money! "

    Pros: MYBOS has proven to be vital to our business. The interface is intuitive and the dashboard provides an easy to understand snapshot of the general status of the building. The calendar has been very useful as it let's us know what is coming up for example preventative maintenance. The features are well thought out and we love the apps that allow us to work from anywhere at anytime.

    Cons: I liked everything - there was nothing that I did not like or found difficult.

    Overall: I highly recommend MYBOS - it is an excellent choice for building managers looking to be empowered. The interface is great, the features are powerful. The support is also good, with onboarding being very receptive to our needs and providing indepth knowledge.

    "Used to be good, wouldn't recommend anymore"

    Pros: Once you get your building set up the software is intuitive and basic level support is good. There are a lot of features available.

    Cons: Inspections using the App used to work but now do not. No response from accounts or sales teams - we have sent 6 emails and made 3 phone calls trying to set up a new building we have acquired and have heard nothing back.

    Overall: Six months ago I would have recommended MyBOS. Recent experience is that something has changed, and not for the better.
