Overall: I've tried 3-4 other systems, and MailerLite is the best value for most small businesses. Very flexible and powerful!

Pros: For somebody who had no idea of what I was doing when designing a newsletter and managing subscribers, MailerLite made it so easy.

Cons: I can't think of a thing, except for perhaps giving us a few more options on embedding video. I sometimes struggle with that - but it may well be a Facebook/Instagram issue.

Overall: And, when I get stuck, the concise video tutorials get me to the answer quickly.

Pros: MailerLite is very transparent and easy and very kind for user. It has nothing too much and nothing too less. It works without any complications. Very kind team sharing answers to my questions at the very first beginning and they are responsive. It is easy to follow new subscribers and their clicks, much better than in Mailchimp. They don't have a list of emails and number of sent campaigns to each and numbers of opens and clicks. That really helps a lot in building a responsive and big e-mail list. It is easy to change from one list to another when needed, great. Deleted or unsubscribed e-mail can come back, perfect! And charged are only active e-mails, fair. And much more...

Cons: It is a little bit slow when opening a new page. Only a little bit, it is ok. I can never see a list of e-mails only from a main list, only together with all other lists. At some moments I would like to filter them our (all other lists) and go through e-mails only in main, basic list, to which all others are connected.

Overall: I feel very comfortable with MailerLite. I can do all actions which I need in the best possible way, very easy and with a responsive answers from MailerLite stuff. They are kind and polite. I have a confidence in MailerLite and I am happy to be a part as customer. Also price is normal for a long term cooperation.

Pros: It's constantly evolving. So you will have new features monthly after a vote of the users. It's nice.

Cons: Lack some features of course, and a lot of things are too simple.

Overall: Very good experience, tools and deliverability. Let's see how it will evolve with more and more mailing users. I would say it's way way better than Mailchimp.

Pros: You can do things with MailerLite that you would otherwise use premium services for but at a price where everybody can participate.

Service is super fast, often the minute I create a ticket, and I always get great help. The support staff will often go out of their way to overdeliver, and they are always kind and personal in their replies.

Cons: I still need clean text emails, and I hope they will soon make it possible to change the email address of the subscribers.

Overall: Overall I love MailerLite. Sometimes it takes a little effort to learn a new advanced technique, but it has been worth it every time, and the support staff provides awesome help when you've (that's me) have forgotten what you learned from the tutorials.

Cons: None very easy to use so no issues, I've had some bugs happen but live chat are very quick to figure out why (usually it's user error and its fixed in couple of minutes).

Overall: Brilliant experience from live chat through to the ease of making landing pages, forms and campaigns even for someone with zero experience.

Pros: Very intuitive, plus when I do have a problem, there's always somebody able to help me out. I was able to setup some very complex workflows that would cost me a lot more with other competitors. Deliverability has never been an issue, and I feel well-informed when there is a problem.

Cons: The billing wasn't great. I opted for an annual plan, but when I cleaned my list and dropped into a lower payment range, MailerLite was unable to adjust the annual plan. I had to pay a much higher rate than I needed for another 6 months. I'm now back on the monthly subscription model, because on the annual model, I paid way too much.

Overall: The billing issue was annoying. But overall, ML provides a great service and is serving me extremely well. I was able to build some fairly complex workstreams without any problems.

Pros: For us, the dispersion, sending and receiving of our advertising campaigns is an extremely important issue that worries us, because in this way we can capture the attention of customers and we can generate sales in less time. MailerLite has been a completely beneficial platform for us, due to its great potential for monitoring all types of campaigns, the good delivery and the good reception of each of these advertising campaigns. One of the things I like the most about MailerLite is that it provides me with a huge variety of templates, which has allowed me to give each of the campaigns we create every day a very different design, a much more creative design, with colors more outstanding and that allows us to better organize the information that each advertising campaign carries.

Cons: I am very grateful to this platform for allowing us to have a complete experience without any type of errors or failures that directly affect our development within the platform and its functionalities. Cons: 1) Lack of Android app, iOS app has been released in beta version.

2) It uses a very dynamic IP so sometimes mail gets in promotion but guess that happens with every email solution.

Overall: We were using a self hosted email solution but it was getting difficult to manage the increasing list so we decided to shift to a cloud based solution and after researching market MailerLite seemed to be a perfect solution and that too not much heavy on pocket. Mailchimp was our first choice but it was expensive to be used on long run so mailer lite was chosen and since that day have never looked back. Our experience has been awesome and its evolving at a good pace, Zapier integration is something very nice which gives endless possibilities.
