Pros: I love that when a product is out of stock, they find the replacement for you! It makes shopping for the large scale that we use it that much easier on me as the superuser!

Cons: Replacement items chosen by Order could be better - they do not always match what was typed in as substitution details, especially knowing we use these products with children

Overall: Any time I have needed to utilize Order Support they are more than helpful!! Especially Jasmine - she always goes above and beyond to help me even if it takes a couple of times to come to a solution.

Pros: Easy to buy items from any website and return items from any website; excellent customer service and quick responses to questions and inquiries.

Cons: Navigating the user interface takes some time to get used to. Additionally, I wish to be able to move items directly from my cart to my Product Lists" save for a later date.

Overall: This platform is an excellent solution for organizations to purchase supplies and monitor spending across multiple websites easily and efficiently. I highly recommend it.

Pros: I can easily order and reorder Law Firm specialty products. Order handles ALL of the issues associated with ordering supplies for me, returns and all. I can add any item and if the item is out of stock at the store I selected, Order will automatically have a team member search for the same product elsewhere and for the best deal so we don't have to miss out on important items. Order has even found better and cheaper versions of the items we normally purchase that I have now used exclusively since.

Cons: The only trouble I have is with the layout, I think for a new user it can be a little confusing to find what you're looking for.

Overall: Order has been a life saver for me. I work in the billing department at our Law Firm and ended up having the Supply ordering tacked onto my already heavy workload. This program has made ordering a breeze. Any issues I have, I send the team a message and they get right back to me with a fix. All of the specialty items we order are in my list and I can simply add them to my cart and checkout in less than a minute.

Pros: I like the accessibility of the platform. It is super easy and convenient to use and my orders are processed so quickly.

Cons: Not having all the inventory supplies available to order that I need. This is no fault to this platform but getting the appropriate approval from my company to upload and customize our repository.

Overall: I think Order.co is a very functional product and streamlines our bulk inventory ordering process. Also very user friendly.

Pros: Easy to navigate, very user friendly, many options available from various storefronts, fully comprehensive platform.

Cons: Would like to be alerted when product swaps occur ahead of time and for approval rather than a product being pre-selected for us. Removed potential error or need for returns.

Overall: Super! Would definitely recommend this platform to any companies that order from multiple stores/companies as this is way more user friendly and very easy to navigate.

Pros: Order makes it easy to approve orders. When the team wants to make purchases, I get an email, can check the items and approve all in one step.

Cons: The item we need is not always there and there are many steps to have items added.

Overall: Overall it's nice to have quick access to our spending. Having a system like this allows all levels of the company to make critical decisions on purchases and cost savings.

Pros: It's easy to use and so organized. I like how it suggests items that are constantly, and it gives you the option to add to your cart.

Cons: Sometimes I order things for two different sites, and it would be helpful if I could multiply the items on the same cart and add the different destination.

Overall: I like using Order.co because it keeps my orders on track and with constant updates about my orders.

Pros: I love how it cumulates multiple sites into one program, this allows for the easiest commercial inventory ordering process I've ever experienced.

It's also great they have order history factored into automatic ordering processes.

Cons: I only wish they use more vendors, that way, there could be a broader range of items.

Overall: Overall a 8.5/10

However, their customer service team is wonderful.
That tells me they're going to continue to improve and develop as time goes on, looking forward to a 10/10 in the near future.

Pros: Fast easy and wonderful customer service!

Our orders get to us quickly and have never had a problem when we order!! Love that it is so easy order manually or through the website is the best!!

Cons: There is nothing I don’t like! There is never any issues ever.

Overall: I have never had a problem with ordering so quick and easy! Will continue to use it so fast so that I can use products in my classroom.

Pros: Having all the store we make purchases from under one program make it much easier. No collection multiple receipts. No more adding up all the receipts. If something is out of stock the customer service agents reach out to you to help.

Cons: I haven’t found any at the moment. If I do encounter any later on ill be use to mention them.

Overall: It been a wonderful experience so far ! It’s super easy to create new orders as well as track them after they been placed.

Cons: "status unknown" of an item on web page usually not updated in over a week.

Overall: This website makes ordering easy, fast and efficient in a busy work office. Items are grouped per category yet there is still a search menu for products. One of my favorite features is the substitute option when your items are in cart. When an item you shop is not available you can substitute it for a similar item, as well as one with savings. a win win. Overall shopping experience on the app is fun and easy.
