    "Horrible service and scary terms and conditions "

    Pros: Nothing, they take your money, deny you access to your account and close it if you complain. Stay away.

    Cons: 1. I bought a LTD via AppSumo and suddenly was not able to access the account.
    2. Contacted them and provided the license key for them to activate the account (AppSumo also validated my account and license key).
    3. When we asked for updates they kept on asking for the license key which we had already provided (this happened at least 3 or 4 times).
    4. I asked how long it for me to have access to my account and they replied it could take up to 14 business days, totally unacceptable as they were the ones that locked me out of my account for no reason.
    5. I shared my experience on a review site and they did not like the fact that I told the truth and permanently canceled my account.
    6. As per their terms and conditions, "We may suspend, limit, or terminate Paid & Unpaid Services for any reason at any time without notice."

    Overall: If you are an entrepreneur, company or potential investor stay away. Do not spend your time or money on this, there are endless nightmare stories where Ranktracker closes your account in an effort to silence you from sharing bad experiences. Instead, look for reputable companies that solve problems quickly.
