Reins is built for fuel retailers, fleets, mobility providers, banks, fintechs, and payment players scaling unified mobility payment programs across fuel and EV.
About Reins
Reins is a global mobility payments and orchestration platform powering end-to-end payment programs across fuel, EV charging, parking, and tolls.
We serve fuel retailers, fleet operators, mobility providers, and payment players through a single unified layer that supports both closed-loop and open-loop models.
Reins is also the gateway for banks, fintech, and digital payment providers entering the mobility space. We enable them to extend existing card programs into fully governed mobility and fleet solutions, connect to acceptance networks, and manage complex payment flows with real-time control, risk management, and full settlement visibility, without building mobility infrastructure from scratch.
Built on a three-layer architecture, Reins combines API-first infrastructure, advanced payment control, and commercial growth tools, including loyalty, pricing, segmentation, and partner management.
The result: faster scaling, better control, and turning payments into a growth engine.

"Finally, a payments platform that actually fits fuel retail!" Edited 2026-02-11
Pros: Reins truly understands fuel retail operations. From day one, they were familiar with fleet programs, closed-loop and open-loop models, and the operational realities at the forecourt.
Beyond flexibility, what makes a real difference for us is control. We have real-time visibility into transactions and performance across sites, and the ability to manage campaigns and offers in real time without heavy IT involvement. That agility matters and we never had it before..
Fuel fraud prevention has also been a strong advantage. The controls and monitoring tools give us more confidence in managing fleet activity and reducing losses.
Another big plus is the marketplace capability for our fleet customers. It allows us to extend value beyond fuel and create a more compelling ecosystem for them, rather than just processing transactions.
Implementation required focus, but the platform itself is stable, scalable, and built for multi-site environments like ours.Cons: This is an organizational effort, not just a technical integration. Replacing legacy systems requires alignment, process adjustments, and internal resources during the transition.
That said, the ROI has justified the effort and moving away from our old systems has made the business more secure and commercially controlled, and we’re clearly seeing the impact in improved profitability. that was a good business move for us and Reins led the way perfectly.Overall: For us, Reins is more than a payment or operation solution, it’s core infrastructure for how we run and grow our payment programs with our fleets. It gives us flexibility between closed and open loop models, stronger fraud control, real-time program management, and a clearer path to scale.
