Pros: Worth the price, support team has been very supportive with every step of the way starting from demo to implementation. Has a variety of extensive features and customizable to my requests, even the complex ones.

Cons: Minor bugs at the beginning, but still manageable and doesn't interfere with usage, fixed within a short time of reporting to their team.

Overall: I have been working with ScaleOcean for quite some time now and so far, have been very satisfied with how the program works, as well as their assisting team who have taught and explained every step of the way. As someone who is a senior, I find this product easy to use despite complex tasks. What's best is that I am able to request for a customized module, which is a flexibility that is difficult to find from other vendors.

Cons: As for daily use, we don’t face many issues. Sure, there are minor glitches from time to time, but they are rare. When they do happen, their team is quick to address and resolve them, keeping us informed along the way. So, i thinks its still acceptable.
