Pros: After dealing with subscription software for more than 30 years, I discovered SimpleCirc and life (and business) became simple.
Cons: We haven't found any problems yet. COVID moved us to an online system.
Overall: From setting up the roll over subscription accounts to running a weekly list, the process is exceptional.

"It's Good! It's Simple! You can Manage Circulation Right from your Phone" Posted 2023-03-13
Pros: I often say to staff “I’d like to shake the hand of the programmer who built this."
The email and mail program saves us time and money. With three titles, it was hard to keep up and our circulation manager was the only person that knew the program. We all know how to help customers over the phone now.
Our SimpleCirc manager can't believe how easy it is to get mailing labels compared to our older program.
The payment processing is easy and quick.
I love that we can process cards for our customers while they are on the phone if necessary right through the app.Cons: I wish there was a page you could load the table of content of your magazine with a magnifier to see what’s inside each issue. It would help in search also. We have been adding our Table of Content pages along with the cover and this is helpful.
Our web person said he’d didn’t understand how to put our titles in the URL so that the web traffic to our back issues helped us in search. Perhaps that is something SImple Circ could clarify. I would think this might be universal among websites.
It would be nice if International and Promo Codes were a tad more prominent.Overall: SimpleCirc is a really good program and the tutorials on YouTube really helps it sink in! It's Simple to use and we love it! Outputting mailing labels is super easy.

Pros: SimpleCirc is very intuitive and easy to use. It is robust and user friendly. It's evolving and new features are being added all the time. I was nervous about migrating our subscriber list in, but had a lot of help and it was pretty smooth.
Cons: We are still waiting for a few features to be added.
Overall: Couldn't be happier with SimpleCirc. I'm glad we found them when we did. Our subscribers were stored on spreadsheets and in a few other programs and this program allowed us to organized them in one place. Our records are now accurate, organized and we have save so much time.
