Pros: After doing my research, I chose SlickText based upon their available service and features at a reasonable price. Imagine my surprise when I not only got all that; I also have received top notch Customer Service from the minute I got started!

Cons: It’s a bummer that messages with photos count as 3 🙁

Overall: I couldn’t be any happier and the amazing thing is that I’m NOT on the most expensive program and they still treat me like a VIP!

Pros: Signing up was so easy especially since I am not an adept computer person. Posting is a breeze too!!

Cons: Nothing so far, support helped us at the beginning but now it's easy.

Overall: Using this app is easy and we are getting our posts out faster and to more people than other social media we use.

Pros: Easy to use and great resources to learn how to use the product.

Cons: Hard to track referrals and figure out who the referrals come from.

Overall: Great product that works really well. Also, not expensive compared to other products. Great team to work with.

Pros: There's many features I don't use yet that are available, but what I use SlickText for right now is text contests. They're easy to set up with lots of options! Price is great compared to some other services.

Cons: I honestly can't think of anything I don't like. I can't believe how easy it is to set up.

Overall: I had one question and it was quickly answered through a phone call -- very friendly and helpful, attentive employees!

Pros: This team is on it!

Overall: We have needed assistance several times with a campaign we were running and the SlickText team was easy to reach by phone and very responsive to emails.

Pros: It is a great way to communicate new product information & specials.
It saves paper and time while making sure our message is delivered to the decision maker. We went from communicating once a month to weekly and now our customers ask for our weekly specials sheet.

Cons: Takes a bit of learning but the support offered is fantastic.

Overall: This has had such a positive impact on our business and our customers appreciate the value it represents.

Cons: Honestly, nothing!
It only took me a few minutes to go through the entire site and I never had questions--that's pretty unheard of when you onboard a new system.

Overall: I've never used a service like this before but someone recommended SlickText and I didn't have to look anywhere else. From my first interaction with their chat box I was able to get the information I needed and set everything up. I only needed to use this for a short-term project and was able to cancel VERY easily at the end of the project.
