Pros: Fast, reliable, also has video tutorials about how to exchange coins, this helped me a lot, when I did my first transaction.

Cons: Doesn't support fiat currency, that's a miss, I'd love to buy currency with USD there.

Overall: Love the service, only once a had an issue with my transaction there, but the support team was really helpful and fast, so they solved it within an hour.

Pros: In-house service is the main advantage of Swapzone. You come, compare offers, swap. Simple and precise.

Cons: As for me, I would be great to see more exchanges listed.

Overall: Highly recommended service for your informed choices. It's really a time-and-money-saving platform, loving it.

Pros: The design is insanely good in terms of both aesthetics and UX. They also have icons for advantages and disadvantages of exchangers now, which is a nice thing to have.

Cons: Would love to see some interactive tutorial on how to make an exchange. Now there are only video tutorials and articles with guides – too long to watch or read.

Overall: Have been using the service for a while now and still have nothing to complain about. My TRX transaction got stuck once though but Swapzone's customer service was there to assist.

Pros: Works well and looks comfortable. I had some XRP that I wanted to exchange for BTC and I used Swapzone for that. I chose the best offer out of several that were given to me, and the exchange was quick. So, I liked the choice of rate and speed.

Cons: I didn’t find some of the coins I wanted to exchange. These are xvs and zlw.

Overall: I was satisfied with the experience gained, my exchange went without issues, in a short time. I appreciate it in services like this, so I'll marked you 4 stars.

Pros: I like that I can choose the best conditions for my exchange. I see the prospective exchange and since I know almost all of them, I can choose my exchange flow in which I am more confident.

Cons: It would be better to see more directions, I mean exchangers for the flow.

Overall: I have done several exchanges here and they went through without problems, so I can consider this to be reliable.
