    Everything is true!!
    I have personally experienced withheld SEPA funds
    Friend of mine sent me 2850€ to my TRASTRA account from Greece 10 November 2024
    Funds never arrived,
    We didn’t know what to do, TRASTRA customer service wasn’t helpful, causing worries and frustration for both of us, me and sender,
    After long 2 weeks funds were returned to sender account
    TRASTRA refused to explain or tell the reason;
    But WAIT, it’s not all:
    After that they just blocked my account (I have money on my account)
    Without any notification!!!
    I realised the block when I tried to pay with my card a Christmas gifts!! it’s unbelievable
    I just couldn’t pay my purchases!!
    I asked them what’s happened with my card and they replied that my account was blocked 🤯
    So I asked how I can get my money, saying that we are just before Christmas,

    Overall: I need to pay urgently my expenses and my bills!! but no way! seems they want to keep my money for a long time, because all their replies are copy-pasted

    People please, if you have Trastra account- withdraw your funds and RUN AWAY!!!
    Because everyone can be in my situation,
    Please believe me, I’ve done nothing wrong, and of course, I’m not Pablo Escobar
    Right now I submitted an official complaint via email and going to do a report in police, adding copy of my complaint sent to Financial Ombudsman service
    These scammers don’t allow me to withdraw MY money, it’s absolutely unbelievable!

    Pros: Do not use the services of this Lithuanian company. Absolutely unreliable!!! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!

    Cons: I have used this company before and everything was ok but now in 2023 they have changed their policy. They blocked my account for no reason for more than two months, as did for many of their other clients. All related documentation I provided.

    Overall: They hold my money. My money has not been returned so far. Just use another crypto company like Wirex which is much more reliable.

    Pros: Crypto was good to buy and cash out Ethereum and Bitcoin but except that it is a horrible bank that wants your money.

    Cons: They don't reply and they block your account without any message or anything. It is bad.

    Overall: Don't use this bank because they're gonna block you when you receive a good amount of money on the account.
