Voyager

Pros: Best platform I have used by far. The Interest you earn on crypto is very intriguing. Super safe app with very user-friendly set up.

Cons: The only thing I don't like about Voyager is that there is no way to see your return percentage wise. But you can still see how much you lost or gained on your original investment.

Overall: My overall experience using this app is way better than other apps I've used like Coinbase and Blockfi.

Pros: I like that I have access to a variety of exchanges , coins, and currencies, especially vgx. Pretty good in terms of being user friendly.

Cons: It literally took me an entire month to get accepted and get my account up and running. It was probably because there was a ton of demand, but there was also not a lot of communication about it.

Overall: Overall, not that I have access to it, it’s pretty good, but the lack of communication and length of Onboarding was disappointing at the start.

Pros: They have a fairly good range of crypto to buy and the it is user friendly. I moved from Coinbase to Voyager because of the high fees from Coinbase but at least Coinbase would let me withdraw my profits when i wanted.

Cons: It takes FOREVER to get money transferred (still waiting on a transfer to my bank for 5k for over 10 days) they use Plaid for connecting banks which never works for smaller banks, and I wish they had a desktop platform to work with not just a mobile app. a night mode would be cool too.

Overall: It's an ok platform for buying crypto, i like the charting on Coinbase better but variety is way better on Voyager. I understand Voyager is growing rapidly but having my money in limbo is not ok. It shouldn't take more than a few days to transfer money from Voyager to my bank--its just unacceptable and will ultimately cost them a lot of users. If i would have known I would have transferred my crypto to another broker before withdrawing... trying to contact them is impossible and emails are replied to with a blanket BS cover letter that they send everyone.
