Sorry, but I am not the owner of IsyLock Software. I won't be able to help you with that :( All I want to suggest is you use other software like VenSafe (which is mine- easy, secure and reliable)

Bro, this software sucks. There's no feature of 'Forget Password'. Even I forgot my password and got stuck. So I suggest you to try a much better locking software called VenSafe.
