In a beautifully orchestrated gesture of unity and respect, the ladies attending the event wore exquisite tricolour sarees, while the gentlemen donned tricolour safas, symbolising the shared commitment to mutual respect and friendship between India and Indonesia.

The welcome experience continued with customised amenities inspired by traditional Indonesian dance forms, further exemplifying the rich cultural ties between the two nations. The lobby resonated with the soulful sounds of a live sitar performance, accompanied by a trio, creating an immersive atmosphere of cultural celebration. Adding to the sense of unity, Indonesian nationals present at the venue waved their country's flags, marking the significance of this visit on Indian soil.
