Sabyasachi Mukherjee's 25th-anniversary extravaganza was the epitome of elegance and style and a veritable masterclass in sophistication as the crème de la crème of India's business, fashion and film fraternity converged to celebrate the milestone in the designer’s distinguished career at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai. The front row saw illustrious personalities like Kokilaben Ambani, Rajashree Birla and Ananya Birla, Anuradha and Anand Mahindra, Michelle and Yohan Poonawala, and Pinky Reddy applauding the designer's craftsmanship and artistry on the runway.
The evening’s North Star was Kokilaben Ambani, emeritus of the Ambani family. She was accompanied by her daughter, Deepti. Kokilaben graced the occasion in a butter-yellow sari, elegantly embellished with intricate silver sequins and delicate floral embroidery, complemented by a striking long black jacket featuring bejeweled buttons.
