Dulquer Salmaan is set to collaborate with director Pavan Sadineni for an upcoming multilingual film titled Aakasamlo Oka Tara. The film is produced by Sandeep Gunnam and Ramya Gunnam under the Light Box Media banner. Adding to the excitement, ace producers Allu Aravind, Ashwini Dutt, and Gunnam Gangaraju are teaming up for this special project after years of friendship.
The film was officially launched today with a traditional pooja ceremony, attended by producers Allu Aravind and Ashwini Dutt. During the event, Allu Aravind sounded the clapboard for the muhurtham shot, Ashwini Dutt switched on the camera, and Gunnam Gangaraju directed the first shot.
While details about the cast and crew remain under wraps, the film is expected to go into production soon. Sujith Sarang will handle cinematography, and Shwetha Sabu Cyril is in charge of production design. Aakasamlo Oka Tara is set to release in multiple languages, including Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi.


Dulquer was last seen in Lucky Baskhar, a gripping crime drama that follows the journey of a middle-class banker who exploits loopholes in the banking system to rise to power. The film, set in the late 1980s and early 1990s, showcases his transformation from a simple bank cashier to an ambitious and arrogant figure entangled in financial corruption. Meenakshi Chaudhary played the female lead in the movie, which was directed by Venky Atluri, known for his previous hit Sir/Vaathi.
