IIT-BHU Foundation Day to be held today

Varanasi: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Banaras Hindu University will celebrate its foundation day on Basant Panchami on Monday. A procession, featuring tableaux, will start from Rajputana Crossing at 10am.

Prof Rajesh Kumar, Dean of Student Affairs of IIT-BHU on Sunday said that the event will feature a series of innovations. The Aero Modelling Club will unveil advanced drone prototypes, including the Inter IIT Drone and the Delivery Drone, while the Robotics Club will showcase the FPGA-Powered Warehouse Bot and Society of Automotive Engineering (SAE) will present the ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle).
