Did Elon Musk convince GOP senator to vote in favor of Tulsi Gabbard?
Elon Musk Sunday led an online MAGA uprising against Republican senator Todd Young as he is thought to be on the fence about Tulsi Gabbard's confirmation. Elon Musk called Young a 'deep state puppet' but hours later he deleted that post and wrote "I stand corrected". The change of heart only indicated that Elon Musk and Todd Young probably had a favorable chat in which Young might have tilted in favor of Gabbard which made Musk correct himself. "Just had an excellent conversation with @SenToddYoung. I stand corrected. Senator Yong will be a great ally in restoring power to the people from the vast, unelected bureaucracy," Elon Musk posted after Republicans have been calling out Young throughout the day.
Young grilled Gabbar during the hearing after she refused to call Edward Snowden a traitor. As Young sits on the Senate Intelligence Committee, he alone could jeopardize Tulsi Gabbard's bid to become the next DNI (director of national intelligence) -- it is believed.

"@SenToddYoung is the new Liz Cheney. Do the people of Indiana who voted for him know he is actively trying to stop @TulsiGabbard from getting her job she earned?" Meghan McCain posted.

Todd Young also holds a seat on the board of the National Endowment for Democracy which is a government-funded NGO with a $362 million budget. Reports claimed that because NED sis funded by the state department, Young's new role could be a clear conflict of interest when it comes to opposing Tulsi Gabbard's confirmation.

"Todd Young voted to confirm Joe Biden’s Secretary of DNI. But he can’t be bothered to afford the same respect to the leader of his party? Why? Because I’m sure that there are reasons that are not altruistic for his refusal to vote yes on Tulsi Gabbard. If these people think that this will blow over, that the base will forget. I can assure you that’s not the case because there are so many of us willing to remind everyone that senator Todd Young needs to lose his seat," one wrote on X.

Tulsi Gabbard's vote could turn out to be the most contentious confirmation fight as she faced a lot of grilling in the hearing. Two
