BSF soldier electrocuted in Jammu and Kashmir

VIJAYAPURA: A BSF soldier hailing from Vijayapura district in Karnataka was electrocuted when he was on duty in Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday.
The deceased soldier is identified as Jagannath Badiger, 29, a resident of Basarkod in Muddebihal taluk. He had joined BSF and posted at a electric section for nine years.
Family sources said that they had got intimation from BSF saying he electrocuted while he was working.
"He was married to Pushpa of Talikoti taluk a year ago," they added.
