30 staffers issued notice for absence, tardiness in Jagtial

Hyderabad: As many as 30 employees were issued a show-cause notice by the Jagtial district administration for either coming late or skipping work without permission leave at the collectorate. The staff of various departments were issued a show-cause notice by collector Rizwan Basha on February 7.
The collector, who went on a sudden inspection to the first floor of the integrated collectorate complex, took a roll call.He called out the names of the employees from the attendance register and found several of them absent from office.
The collector directed the administrative officer to issue a show-cause notice to the absentees. The collector reminded that all employees should sign the register as soon as they enter the office. A ‘movement register' should also be maintained to make a note of the movements of employees during work hours, he directed.
The employees, who were issued show-cause notices, are from several departments, including I&PR, education, forest, panchayat raj, fisheries, BC, SC, ST and minorities welfare, medical and agriculture.tnn
