13 injured as bus carrying devotees to Vaishno Devi collides with truck in Jammu
NEW DELHI: At least 13 individuals sustained injuries when a bus transporting devotees to the Mata Vaishno Devi shrine crashed into a parked dumper truck near the area on Tuesday, officials confirmed.
All the injured persons, including three children and two women, are reported to be in "stable" condition, according to officials.
The incident occurred at Nagrota along the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway after the bus driver lost control of the vehicle, according to police reports.
The injured passengers were taken to the Government Medical College and Hospital for medical attention, officials stated.
