Railways to run Visakhapatnam-Nizamuddin Holi special train, benefitting Chhattisgarh passengers

RAIPUR: The railways will operate a special Holi train between Visakhapatnam and Nizamuddin to accommodate the expected festival crowd. Passengers from Chhattisgarh will particularly benefit from this service, as the train makes five stops within the state.
The train will run as train number 08571 from Visakhapatnam and train number 08572 from Nizamuddin. Train number 08571, the Visakhapatnam-Nizamuddin Holi Special, will depart from Visakhapatnam on March 23 and March 30, 2024, at 08:20 AM.
Train number 08572, the Nizamuddin-Visakhapatnam Holi Special, will depart from Nizamuddin on March 24 and March 31, 2024, at 12:05 PM.
This special train will comprise two SLR/SRDD, two General, 13 AC-III, and two AC-II coaches, totaling 19 coaches. The train will make five stops in Chhattisgarh, halting at Kantabhanji, Khariar Road, Mahasamund, Raipur, and Uslapur stations.
