CMAT 2025 was conducted on January 25, 2025, for a total of 74,012 candidates across two shifts. The exam took place in a Computer Based Test (CBT) format at 178 centres located in 107 cities across India. Candidates can now review the answer keys and submit challenges if they believe an answer is incorrect.
How to challenge the provisional answer key
Candidates wishing to challenge the provisional answer key can do so by following a clear, step-by-step procedure. They must log into the official website with their application number, password, and security pin. After clicking on the ‘View/Challenge Answer Key’ button, candidates can identify the question and the option they wish to challenge. If required, they can upload supporting documents in a single PDF file.
Each question challenged will incur a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 200, which can be paid via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI. The fee must be paid by 11:50 PM on February 2, 2025, as challenges submitted after this deadline will not be considered. No modifications can be made to the challenge once the fee payment is completed.

In the event that a candidate’s challenge is found valid, the NTA will revise the answer key.
