Charli XCX's Grammys performance sparks social media buzz over Barron Trump look-alike

Charli XCX set the stage ablaze at the 2025 Grammy Awards with an electrifying performance that fans dubbed as “iconic.”
Videos of the upbeat live performance that had everyone from Beyonce to Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga to Billie Eilish on their feet and grooving, soon went viral online. However, amid the excitement surrounding the set, a surprising detail caught the attention of social media users—a performer on stage who bore some resemblance to Barron Trump, the youngest son of US President Donald Trump.



The British singer-songwriter, who won her first-ever Grammy at the event, performed tracks from her acclaimed album Brat. The performance featured several dancers in a club-like scene on-stage, but one individual stood out—a tall young man in a formal suit. With him taking centre stage, many viewers soon began drawing comparisons to Barron.
“Is that Barron Trump on Charli XCX’s stage?” one user asked, while another wrote, “My dad thought that was Barron during Charli’s performance.”


Beyond the viral moment, the night was a historic one for Charli XCX. She was one of the most-nominated artists of the evening, securing seven nods alongside industry heavyweights like Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar, and Post Malone. She ultimately took home three awards, winning Best Dance/Electronic Album (Brat), Best Dance Pop Recording (Von Dutch), and Best Recording Package (Brat).
