Adah Sharma reacts to buzz on buying Sushant Singh Rajput’s Mumbai flat

Over the weekend, Adah Sharma was spotted house hunting in the city and was spotted outside Sushant Singh Rajput’s Bandra home. Speculations were rife that the actress is all set to purchase a home at Mont Blanc Apartments, where the late actor stayed.
Addressing reports about her decision to buy the house, Adah told the paparazzi, “Phele jo bhi hai woh first mein aapko bataungi. Jabhi jo hai, I promise, aap logo ka mooh main meetha karunga, agar kuch hai toh (if anything gets finalised I will tell you first.I will bring sweets if something gets finalized).” Adah Sharma is reportedly planning to buy the home and not rent it.
Earlier in January, a real estate agent handling the property had told BT that it was tough to get tenants for this 4-BHK, sea facing house on Carter Road. Sushant had died by suicide here and it has been unoccupied since his demise on June 14, 2020. Talking about the price of the property estate agent Rafique Merchant had shared then, “The 2,500 square feet, semi-furnished house is available for Rs 5 lakh rent with Rs 30 lakh as deposit. There have been some good investors also who have inquired about buying the house, and the price is between Rs 40 to 50 crore.”
Adah Sharma achieved massive success this year with ‘The Kerala Story’. Speaking about her upcoming project, Adah had shared, “For everyone asking about my next movie announcement after The Kerala Story I will announce them soon (signed something very very exciting just last week and you are going to loveeee that character 💃💃💃💃) I had done a couple of projects in 2020 one is a Telugu film titled CD , Girgit where I play a cop and Tibba, also a short film Kofuku and a few more and I'm Superrrrrrr excited that they are all going to release this year.”
