Music lovers have been attending recent shows by global sensations like
Diljit Dosanjh, Ed Sheeran, and
Coldplay across the nation. Now, singer
Armaan Malik has shared his thoughts on the growing trend of people supporting live music concerts in the country. He pointed out that many people attend such concerts primarily due to ‘FOMO’ (fear of missing out).
In a conversation with ANI, Armaan shared his perspective on why people go to concerts. He explained that while dedicated fans attend to experience their favourite artist’s music live, others are drawn in by the artist’s popularity or curiosity about the event’s atmosphere. “There are also people who have never attended a concert, but because there has been a wave or the event has been promoted in a way that increases the hype, they feel compelled to go. So I think a lot of people attend because of FOMO," he added.

He observed that whether it’s Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, or his own shows, audiences actively seek out concerts to enjoy and temporarily escape from life's stresses.
