Rajiv emphasised that Kapil’s dedication and hard work are what have sustained his show’s success for over a decade. He added, “If the show has been running successfully for 10–12 years, it’s because of his effort and hard work. It’s not about arrogance. If I became as famous as him, I might lose my mind too.”
He further praised Kapil for staying humble despite his immense success, admiring how he warmly interacts with fans. He admitted that even with a fraction of Kapil’s fame, he sometimes feels irritated, whereas Kapil consistently treats his fans with kindness.
Rajiv also addressed the infamous altercation between Kapil and Sunil Grover. Rajiv dismissed the notion that their fight created lasting animosity. He pointed out that disagreements happen, questioning how they could work together again if their fight had been truly serious. "Money can make you work together, but if you observe the atmosphere on set, you’ll see they genuinely enjoy each other’s company. Even after the shoot, they sit together,” he said, further praising their camaraderie.
