In a show of respect, Abhishek represented the Bachchans at the funeral, which was held by Rishi Kapoor's family and attended by several actors including Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan.
Rishi Kapoor’s demise came just one day after the passing of actor Irrfan Khan, another beloved figure in the industry. Rishi was diagnosed with leukemia in 2018, and he spent a year in New York for treatment. His passing left a void in the film industry.
