‘Marco’ OTT release: When and where to watch Unni Mukundan’s violent action flick

Unni Mukundan's action-packed film 'Marco', previously a box office hit, is set for its OTT release on SonyLiv from February 14. Directed by Haneef Adeni, the movie is called India's most-violent film with a gore-heavy second half. The OTT version is expected to include previously deleted scenes, including those of actor Riyaz Khan. The film will be available in multiple languages including Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada, with the Hindi version release date yet to be announced.

Finally, after a successful theatrical run and minting magnificent numbers at the box office, Unni Mukundan’s action flick ‘Marco’ is gearing up for OTT release.

Those who have missed the theatrical experience of the most-violent movie ever made in India, can enjoy the film on SonyLiv OTT platform from February 14 onwards.

Unni Mukundan shared the OTT release update via an Instagram post that read, “This Feb14, #Marco Comes Home @sonylivindia Get Ready for a thrilling ride with Action , drama and vengeance @iamunnimukundan @sherifvr1 @haneef_adeni @abhimanyusthilakan @anson__paul @shaneemz @marcothefilm @sherzjumz @durvathaker @realyukti #unnimukundan #kabirduhansingh #malayalam #cinema.”

The movie will be available in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada versions. The release Hindi version of the film is yet to be announced by the makers. It is expected that the OTT version will be an uncensored one along with the deleted extended sequences.
When the film hit the big screens, the actor Riyaz Khan’s sequences were edited away for some reason and the OTT version of the movie wis expected to have those sequences included. One netizen commented, “Sir will there be Any extra scenes added to the movie? Like extra scenes added to Pushpa 2 when Pushpa 2 came to OTT.will there be any?” Another comment read, “Bloodentine's Day.”
‘Marco’ directed by Haneef Adeni, is termed as the most-violent movie ever made in India. Although the first half of the film has only some amount of violence, it’s the second half and the climax sequences which truly turned out to be a gore fest, with the installment of a powerful villain Cyrus played by the actor Kabir Duhan Singh.
Apart from Unni Mukundan, the movie also features the actors Kabir Duhan Singh, Siddique, Anson Paul, Jagadish and others in pivotal roles.
