The highly anticipated film Pushpa 2: The Rule, featuring
Allu Arjun and
Rashmika Mandanna in key roles, had its theatrical release on December 5, 2024. Following its grand box office performance, the makers released an extended version of the movie, featuring 23 additional minutes of footage, in cinemas. Now, fans can enjoy the full version on OTT, which is out today (January 30).
With the film’s arrival on Netflix, social media has been buzzing with excitement as fans share their reactions to the reloaded version. One Allu Arjun fan took to their X (formerly Twitter) account and wrote, “Load? Fully loaded. Pushpa 2? Reloaded.” Another fan expressed their appreciation by stating, “Pushpa 2 Reloaded is a step up from the original, filling in crucial gaps and making the Japan sequence much more logical and impactful.” Some fans even compared Prabhas-starrer 'Baahubali 2' with 'Pushpa 2'.

'Pushpa 2: The Rule' is a sequel to the 2021 hit Pushpa: The Rise, directed by
Sukumar. Allu Arjun reprises his most celebrated role as Pushpa Raj, with Rashmika Mandanna once again portraying Srivalli, his love interest.
The ensemble cast also sees the return of actors Fahadh Faasil, Sunil, Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, Dhananjaya, Rao Ramesh, and Anasuya Bharadwaj. Jagapathi Babu and Saurabh Sachdeva also appear in the sequel. The movie made history by crossing more than Rs 1,800 crores worldwide within a month of its release.
Meanwhile, Allu Arjun is reportedly gearing up for a mythological drama with Trivikram Srinivas. The tentatively titled 'AA22' is rumoured to feature the actor as Lord Karthikeya.
