With his performance, Rehan will be representing the Delhi state at the billiards and snooker Nationals scheduled this year.
Rehan said that he will have to appear in his Board exams as well as pre-medical test papers but expressed confidence that he will manage both. “I’ll look to strive for a balance between the two – appearing at the Nationals and managing my academics. I am confident of winning the Nationals title as well,” he said.
Delhi Billiards and Snooker Association (DBSA) secretary, Ravi Tandon, said that Rehan showed immense talent in overcoming a strong field at the sub-juniors and his double title triumph showcased his evolution as a promising cueist.
“I wish him all the best for the Nationals. He certainly has the talent to shine there,” he added. Divyansh, owing his final dash, will also be representing his home state at the Nationals.
