The thriller film ‘Gargi’ is set for its television premiere on July 16. The film is all about a school teacher who tries to prove her father's innocence after he's accused of assaulting a child. she tries to bring justice to her father with the help of a junior lawyer who has little experience in court.

Sai Pallavi’s recent Pan-south courtroom drama ‘Gargi’ has opened to good reviews unlike her Telugu film 'Virata Parvam'. ‘Gargi’ has been receiving appreciation for its hard-hitting content written by Hari Haran which is directed by Gautham Ramachandran.The film is being also lauded for its performances and the social message that it carries besides having a serious legal drama that unfolds more like a tense thriller. The film that was released in July is reportedly gearing up to hit the OTTs in the 2nd week of August. The film’s streaming rights are with a National OTT and we’ll have to wait for the official confirmation of the same.
