‘Participate in max activities on campus’

Ranchi, the co-founder of a popular YouTube channel dedicated to labour and finance, addressed the Birla Institute of Technology Mesra students on Saturday, urging them to participate in maximum number of academic and extracurricular activities during their campus days and judge their interest while deciding on career. He said the students should not follow what others are doing but select the work which they enjoy. On the present industrial scenario, he said "students should learn multiple skills while in institutions to face adversities in future." Warning the students that "the phases of recessions and layoffs would be frequent in future," he asked the students to imbibe digital skills. He stated "build networks be active on social platforms and learn about content writing as they are helpful in furthering career." Throwing light on the importance of experience to become successful, he said it is rare that the first startup is successful "you must be prepared for another task if you fail." He asserted that the summit is meant to inculcate entrepreneurship skills among the students.
