Raja Dinkar Kelkar Museum houses around 20,000 products from all over India which are a collection of some odd and interesting things such as musical instruments, old paintings, puppets, jewellery and textiles, among others. Each and every little thing here is collected over a period of 40 years by Baba Kelkar, who was a collector art wanting preserve the beauty. His artistic nature made him collect all these things which he later converted into a museum for kids viewing. You’ll see that the lower ground floor is home to huge household vessels collected from the 18th and 19th centuries. There are also huge statues of Indian gods such as Ganesha, Shiva and Parvati. ABC Cheese Farm on Mundhwa Road produces 70 varieties of cheese each year and was established by the Agas, Bhathenas and Chinoys in 1976. These three families together built something this interesting that still has all heart and cheese in the right place.
