Jai Dhanush on his return to Telugu TV with 'Kalavaari Kodalu Kanakamahalakshmi': It's always a joy to return to your home ground

After a short hiatus, actor Jai Dhanush has returned to Telugu television with his latest serial, 'Kalavaari Kodalu Kanakamahalakshmi'. In this show, Jai plays Vishnu Vihari, a loving son, and has quickly won over fans with his performance in just a few episodes. In a candid chat with ETimes TV, the actor expresses his enthusiasm about his new role and the show.
"After No 1 Kodalu, I was occupied with projects in other languages and really wanted to return to a Telugu show.I was determined to make my comeback with a strong project, and then Kalavaari Kodalu Kanakamahalakshmi came my way. The storyline immediately captivated me, and I agreed to be a part of it without hesitation. It's always a joy to return to your home ground," Jai Dhanush shared.
Discussing his role as Vishnu Vihari, the actor revealed that the character is multi-dimensional and he is thrilled to delve into its various facets. Jai Dhanush emphasized that the strong mother-son relationship central to the character was a key factor that drew him to the show.
For those who may not know, Jai Dhanush has garnered significant attention beyond Telugu television. He has also made a mark with Tamil and Malayalam audiences. His most recent role in the Malayalam show Subhadram earned him widespread acclaim for his portrayal of the villain character.
