Netflix has debunked the news that claims the Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio will appear in Season 3 of 'Squid Game'.
According to the reports DiCaprio had allegedly filmed a surprise cameo for the series under strict secrecy last year. The report said that his role is minor, and the character details were kept confidential in order not to give away the plot.
However, Netflix reacted swiftly and termed the news to be utterly false.

The spokesperson said, "The rumors are entirely false. Stories of Leonardo DiCaprio working on 'Squid Game' Season 3 are all baseless."
It's related to news that 'Squid Game 3' will arrive on Netflix in 2025. On the same day, the media outlet revealed that 'Squid Game 2' set the new record, receiving 68 million views within a week, being the most-watched debut week for the streaming service ever.
As part of that effort, Netflix has also revealed a teaser poster for the next season featuring none other than Young Hee, the doll in "Red Light, Green Light," and Cheol Su, the new robot character from the post-credits scene of Season 2.
