Previously
grpc-corepulls inopencensus-apiand we prefer that over google-oauth2's. After #6577,grpc-coreno longer depends onopencensus-api, this exclusion should be removed.Note:
interop-testingdepends on bothgrpc-censusandgrpc-alts, both of which will pull inopencensus-apidependency. Currently they depends on the same version ofopencensus-api, but we should probably fix it.
