I think it was hearing the protagonist's thoughts wander during class as he looked outside the window. It made me imagine everytime what it felt like to sit by that window and feel the wind coming in, or hearing the rain on the other side of the glass :)

I did, yeah... All in one day, I check the dinosaur, get a note, show the dinosaur note to grandpa, find the boarded up entrance to the mines, get a note, show the mines note to grandpa, dig up fossils, identify them, then go to sleep. The next day the dinosaur message repeats

Think the game broke somehow ngl, for me it no longer advances towards the next day in the story, it keeps repeating the message about the dinosaur emerging :( Day after day (in the game), just the same message
I liked this, the place was beautiful and eerie at night. I just wish there were options in the game like making motion blur optional or being allowed to reduce the quality of the graphics for people whose laptops or computers arent as powerful
