Dwayne Johnson surprised a young starstruck fan on Thursday's episode of The One Show.
Jacob, 11, from Leeds, has raised over £150,000 for two charities close to his heart. He first began raising money for the RAF Benevolent Fund.
Then, after his mother Andrea sadly passed away from breast cancer, Jacob began raising money for the hospice that cared for her in her last days.
He has taken on countless gruelling challenges, including summiting several mountains, all in the name of helping others. It’s at the summit of each mountain, however, that Jacob feels closest to heaven, where he believes his mum watches over him.
Jacob thought he was being interviewed for his fundraising work. In fact, in the room next door, Dwayne Johnson was waiting to surprise him.
When Jacob’s interview was almost over, Dwayne went in pretending that he thinks he has an interview in the same room.

The ‘interviewer’ then left to see what has happened and Dwayne took her place.
Before he went in, Dwayne said to the camera: 'When The One Show told me about Jacob and all the amazing work he's doing and the money he's raising and I found out he was a fan of mine, I wanted to surprise Jacob.'
After arriving into the room and taking a seat, The Rock said: 'Sorry I interrupted the interview, what were you talking about.'
Jacob replied: 'My fundraising. My mum passed away in 2020 I started raising for the hospice that tried to save her life.'
Dwayne then jokingly introduced himself by saying, 'I'm Dwayne. I'm also known as The Rock. Uncle Handsome, Sexiest Man Alive.'
He added: 'Great work you're doing. Can I tell you something? I wasn't really doing an interview, I came in here to meet you.
'I know all about your amazing work that you're doing and I wanted tom tell you how impressed I was and how much I admire you. On behalf of The One Show, we wanted to say a big thank you.'
Dwayne and the crew then gave Jacob a round of applease and he invited him and his father to attend the Moana 2 London premiere.

It comes after Dwayne evealed that he has been wearing a bodysuit to portray his character Maui in the live-action remake of Disney's Moana.
The Red One actor, 52 - who has been busy promoting the sequel Moana 2 - was spotted last week showing off his buff physique on set of the adaptation in Hawaii.
The star - who plays the Polynesian demigod Maui in both the animated films and the upcoming project - went shirtless to show off an array of tattoos on his muscular arms and chest.
However, some fans jumped to social media to speculate that Johnson was possibly wearing a bodysuit.
During an interview with Extra ahead of the release of Moana 2 on November 27, Dwayne was asked about bulking up for the live-action movie and achieving his buff form on set.
'That's a suit that took a long time to put on. So, I'm so happy you said, "You bulked up," because when you say, "You bulked up," that means you couldn't tell.'

'That is a couple of hours every day of transforming, putting that on,' the star further explained to the outlet.
'We shot outside and when those pictures surfaced, I was like, "S**t, we got caught," 'cause we were putting up, like, walls so there was no paparazzi.'
He added: 'But they got into boats and started shooting pictures. So, but I'm happy you liked it. I can't wait. The movie comes out in 2026.'
