The Two Doctors

A convict sentenced to three years for killing a detective escapes from a prison and goes on the run aided by a local girl.

After a mix-up at a music hall, a henpecked bank clerk who lives a dreary existence in suburban London finds himself onstage with ambiguously foreign magician Mendoza, who hypnotizes him into losing all of his inhibitions.

Two crooks rob an office, but one is badly wounded; they hijack an ambulance to escape. They hide out in the town. It would be very difficult for police to fingerprint everybody in a town of 25,000.

The Cybermen take over the base again, apparently to stop the humans using the Z-Bomb, but then the Doctor realises they intend to use it themselves to destroy Earth.

The TARDIS arrives on the Earth colony of Vulcan where the newly-regenerated Doctor assumes the identity of an Earth Examiner.

The Doctor forces the guerrillas to take him to the 22nd century where he is soon captured by the Controller.

Tristan and Siegfried meet Roddy, a hobo and his dog who are passing through the area. Mrs. Hall needs to visit sick relatives for a few days and Tristan is assigned chief cook and bottle washer. He also has to do the spring cleaning, cook the meals and put in his time in the surgery. Siegfried is less than sympathetic when Tristan complains. Granville Bennett stops in wanting the vets to care for his dog, Phoebe, who needs an minor operation. He invites James and Siegfried to lunch the next day and James once again over imbibes. Helen practices her first aid skills on James.

Forced to work together to save the universe from collapsing, the Doctor, the Master and Tegan use the Master's Tardis to travel to a giant satellite dish on Earth. Meanwhile Adric and Nyssa are taken to safety by the mysterious Watcher.

The Doctor has regenerated but it hasn't gone well. He's mentally unraveling and needs a place to rest beyond outside influences. Unfortunately the Master has laid a trap for the TARDIS that denies the Doctor undisturbed recovery time.

Disposing of the androids, the Doctor and Adric must deactivate a bomb that they unknowingly triggered. Setting off in the Tardis to find the culprits, they arrive aboard a freighter ship while the Cybermen watch their old enemy from afar.

On Gallifrey, someone on the High Council of the Time Lords is perpetrating a treasonous act - transmitting the Doctor's bio-extract data from the space/time Matrix to a mysterious anti-matter being they are in contact with. On Earth, two lads backpacking in Amsterdam spend the night sleeping in a crypt where they're attacked by an alien creature under the same anti-matter being's control.

The High Council sentence the Doctor to death on Gallifrey, as Nyssa works with Damon to find proof that one of their own had stolen his biodata extract. Meanwhile Tegan arrives in the Netherlands to look for her missing cousin.

Something seemed amiss about the Doctor's execution, so the Castellan has Commander Maxil discreetly but fully look it. Meanwhile, as the Doctor meets the anti-matter being inside the Time Lord Matrix, Tegan and her cousin's friend run afoul of a bird-like alien back on Earth.

In 1983 the Doctor is once again reunited with his old friend Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart, only the Brigadier struggles to remember his adventures with the Doctor. Meanwhile Tegan also meets the Brigadier in 1977.

The Doctor and his previous incarnations are brought to the Death Zone on his homeworld Gallifrey as part of a renegade Time Lord's scheme.

While Davros looks into solving a small problem offered up by the Movellans, the Daleks have not overlooked the Time Lords for all their years of interest and attention paid them, hoping to make of the Doctor and his companions emissaries of their appreciation, in order to thank them all to the fullest and permanently.

Chellak and his men attack Jek's base. The Dr. crash-lands the ship, and must escape from his captors to find the antidote to the Spectrox poisoning and save Peri. He does so, but at a staggering cost.

Joe, Bill and Pete are members of the "Coot Club", spending most of their time on the river in their little boat, the "Death and Glory." Trouble starts when they are blamed for setting boats free from their moorings. Tom Dudgeon, the doctor's son, and Dick and Dot, children who are staying with Mrs. Barrable, all become detectives and search for clues to lead them to the real culprit.
