We're just 30 days away from Daredevil: Born Again's Disney+ premiere and new promo art for the series has just found its way online.

Merchandise for Netflix's Daredevil was pretty limited but with Marvel Studios' backing, all signs point to this show offering fans plenty of exciting items to splash their cash on.

The primary focus here is on the Man Without Fear's new costume. As we saw in set photos, it's a far brighter red than its predecessor and arguably more in line with what Matt Murdock wears in the comic books.

However, it still doesn't feature the iconic "Dd" logo on the chest. The McU's take on that does show up elsewhere in this promo art, though, and we're hoping it's inclusion is an indication something will happen which leads to Matt finally adding it to his superhero suit.

As the Disney+ premiere of Daredevil: Born Again draws near (just over a month to go), we have some more quotes from showrunner Dario Scardapane's recent interview with SFX Magazine.

Though Scardapane doesn't confirm anything outright, we will be discussing some pretty big spoilers that have previously come to light via set photos and reports.

Following what's been described as a "Herculean" creative overhaul, the decision was made to being Marvel Television's revival series more in line with the original Netflix series, and this involved bringing Deborah Ann Woll and Elden Henson back as Matt Murdock's besties, Karen Page and Foggy Nelson.

"[They are] the heart and soul of this mythology," Scardapane said of the pair. "You get so much more out of Daredevil as a character, as a human being. Karen and Foggy are the family structure for our orphan Matt, and it was very important to have them.

The recent trailer for Daredevil: Born Again seemed to assuage any concerns that the Marvel Television revival would tone down the brutality of the original Netflix show, and the series has now been given the highest rating possible in the United Kingdom.

Like Marvel's previous TV-ma show, the relatively tame Echo, we expected Born Again to be rated 16 in the UK, but it's officially received an 18+ rating - which means strictly adults only.

For some context, The Punisher was the only Netflix Marvel show to land this rating.

Marvel Studios' Head of TV, Streaming, and Animation, Brad Winderbaum, suggested that Born Again will not hold anything back in a 2024 interview.

When Daredevil: Born Again was first announced, it was hyped up as an 18-episode series. That's since been split into two 9-episode seasons, with production on season 2 set to begin before the first batch of episodes premiere on Disney+.

There's already been a great deal of chatter online about potential season 3 plans, meaning the show would match the number of seasons Charlie Cox's Man Without Fear appeared in on Netflix.

Setting expectations in check is scooper Daniel Richtman who has claimed today that Daredevil: Born Again season 3 has not yet been greenlit. Unsurprisingly, it sounds like a final decision hinges on how well the first and second seasons perform on the streamer.

Richtman has also said, "Season 2 will feature surprise cameos." He doesn't have details on who those will be, though Elodie Yung's Elektra, Mike Colter's Luke Cage, and Krysten Ritter's Jessica Jones must be among the most likely candidates.

When Netflix pulled the plug on the Defenders Saga in response to Disney+'s planned launch, most fans thought that was it for the Man Without Fear and his fellow street-level superheroes. Fortunately, that's proven not to be the case.

While we're still waiting to see whether Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist return, it's been an exciting few years in the MCU for Daredevil. He's made cameo appearances in Spider-Man: No Way Home and Echo and had a memorable supporting role in an episode of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.

Talking to SFX Magazine about Daredevil: Born Again, Charlie Cox addressed his future as Matt Murdock beyond his upcoming Disney+ series.

Daredevil: Born Again was originally spearheaded by Matt Corman and Chris Ord. However, roughly halfway through production, Marvel Studios realised the writers were taking the Netflix revival in the wrong direction and a creative overhaul followed.

The Punisher's Dario Scardapane was enlisted to right the ship and that led to recastings, casting additions, a greater level of connectivity to Netflix's Daredevil and, thankfully, more costumed action.

SFX Magazine recently caught up with Scardapane to learn more about the changes. "[The footage] had some really strong points, but it wasn't feeling in line with what Daredevil had been established to be," he explained.

It's said that the original version of Daredevil: Born Again was a soft reboot which only maintained certain elements of the Netflix series. However, Marvel Studios decided to retroactively make the Defenders Saga part of the MCU which is why a new pilot was shot.

We're now just over a month away from the long-awaited premiere of Daredevil: Born Again, and Nexus Point News has revealed the titles of all nine season 1 episodes.

While episode titles do often give away some details (or at least vague plot hints), there's really nothing too revealing here. Still, if you'd rather know as little as possible about the series going in, here's your mild spoiler warning.

"Sic Semper Systema" is a play on the Latin phrase Sic semper tyrannis, "thus always to tyrants," and could refer to Wilson Fisk's rise to power and eventual defeat.

The UK's SFX Magazine has shared a first look at its latest cover, and it features a close-up shot of Charlie Cox as The Man Without Fear.

The costume Cox will don for Daredevil: Born Again isn't a million miles away from the suit he wore in the Netflix series, but there have been a few minor tweaks, and the proportions of the mask look a lot better.

We caught a glimpse of several new outfits in the recent trailer, but whether he'll actually wear any of them remains to be seen.

Marvel Studios released the first official trailer for Daredevil: Born Again earlier today, and in addition to bringing us up to speed on the Man Without Fear and his various allies and enemies, the teaser included the Marvel Cinematic Universe's first direct nod to Luke Cage.

Along with fellow Netflix Marvel series' Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, Punisher, Defenders and the original Daredevil, Luke Cage was technically set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe at the time of its release, but we'd later learn that Kevin Feige was never fully on board with integrating these projects into the MCU proper, and the advent of Marvel Television and the Disney+ streaming service suggested that the shows were not officially part of the main 616 Universe - or so we thought.

Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) and Wilson Fisk (Vincent D'Onofrio) eventually appeared in MCU film and TV projects, with Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) set to debut in Born Again.

It had also generated nearly 9,000 comments, most of which celebrated the return of Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock/Daredevil, Vincent D’Onofrio as Wilson Fisk, and Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle/The Punisher.

The trailer is framed by a sit-down between Murdock and Fisk, the latter of whom is now Mayor of New York City. “It’s not entirely unpleasant seeing you again,” Fisk tells Murdock as the relationship is more frenemy than adversarial (at least for now).

The trailer also goes heavy on the hard-hitting action for which the three seasons of the Netflix show were known, while also bringing Jon Bernthal’s Punisher into the fold. Though it feels like we've seen quite a bit from Daredevil: Born Again at this stage thanks to multiple leaks (mostly of the same footage in varying degrees of quality), Marvel Studios has yet to release an official teaser for the highly-anticipated revival series.

We had heard that the first trailer was originally going to hit on Monday, but Kingpin actor Vincent D'Onofrio revealed that the California wildfires resulted in a delay, and assured us that it would arrive "soon."

Man Without Fear fans figured they might have to wait until next week, but the official Born Again Instagram page has now confirmed that the first trailer will be released online tomorrow at 7 am Pt/10 am Et.

Though there's always a chance it'll be the same footage from the leaked teasers, the trailers Marvel screens at events are usually at least somewhat different to the ones they officially release.

We'd heard rumblings about it being released last Monday, only for the week to come and go with no sign of the teaser. Now, we have an update from Kingpin actor Vincent D'Onofrio, and it doesn't sound like we'll see the trailer for a while yet.

The previous iteration of Marvel Television dropped the ball on Elektra in Daredevil and The Defenders. Her death and quick resurrection as a pawn of The Hand failed to do the comics justice and those creative missteps overshadowed Elodie Yung's compelling, enigmatic performance.

With Marvel Studios now in charge of the Man Without Fear and the Netflix TV shows considered "canon," fans are eager to see Yung's Elektra get a second chance in the upcoming Daredevil: Born Again.

Several characters from Daredevil have been brought into the upcoming Disney+ series - including Jon Bernthal's Punisher - and Elektra is a character with so much potential that it would be mind-boggling not to make use of her in the MCU.

Fortunately, we may not have long to wait before seeing the fan-favourite assassin again.

2024 has been a mixed bag for comic book movies, though Deadpool & Wolverine went a long way in making up for the disappointment caused by Joker: Folie à Deux and Kraven the Hunter, for example.

For Marvel Studios, 2025 will still see the release of 10 big and small screen titles both in theaters and on Disney+ (courtesy of Marvel Television and Marvel Animation) as we race towards the end of the Multiverse Saga.

As for DC Studios, it's going to be a slightly more low-key 365 days, though the one movie and TV show we're getting promise to be huge for the new Dcu. Now, as this year winds down, we thought it would be a good time to remind you of everything heading our way in 2025. That includes details on what to expect and when you'll see them.

Daredevil: Born Again is fast approaching and we'd bet on Marvel Studios pulling out all the stops to build up hype for the revival ahead of the show's March 4 premiere.

In the meantime, it's no secret that season 2 begins production early next year, meaning the hero will get the 18 episodes promised when the series was first announced. As for what the Man Without Fear's future looks like, Spider-Man 4 rumours persist, and we now have an update from The Cosmic Circus.

According to the site, "There are already ideas being discussed for Daredevil post-Secret Wars not only for a third season but also his future inclusion in films." There's no word on what those movies will be, but we can discount at least one upcoming blockbuster.

Marvel Television produced TV shows like Daredevil, The Punisher, Runaways, and Cloak & Dagger independently of Marvel Studios. However, when Disney+ launched, Netflix ended its partnership and Kevin Feige was given full control over everything.

Daredevil: Born Again will be the next live-action series from Marvel Television and, thanks to Entertainment Weekly, we have a new look at Charlie Cox suited up as the McU's Man Without Fear.

This appears to be his Netflix costume rather than the much brighter effort seen in set photos, though it's hard to say for sure given the lighting used in a location that may be Muse's base. Either way, we can't help but wonder why there's still no sign of the classic "Dd" logo on the hero's chest.

We've seen a few brief teasers, but Marvel Studios has yet to release a full trailer for Daredevil: Born Again. Several official promo stills have been shared by various sites over the past week or so, however, possibly indicating that a proper look at the Disney+ revival could be imminent.

For now, we have another image courtesy of TV Line, giving us a new look at the returning Charlie Cox as the Man Without Fear's civilian alter-ego, Matt Murdock.

Cox spoke about reprising the role following his three-season stint as the character in Netflix's Daredevil series in a recent interview with Empire.

"There was talk early on about reinventing the whole thing, to see if Matt was a slightly different person," said the actor. "But it ended up more of a continuation. A lot of the history follows on. The relationships and dynamics set up in the previous seasons still exist.

Matt Murdock is and will always be one with New York City, the metropolis he protects as Daredevil.

Daredevil: Born Again is now less than four months away from arriving on Disney+ and Empire Online has just shared our first official look at Matt Murdock and the returning Foggy Nelson and Karen Page.

For those of you who couldn't help but look at every set photo, this shot may be somewhat familiar.

Of course, there was a version of this series where neither character appeared; however, as part of a far-reaching creative overhaul, both were added to the Daredevil revival in key supporting roles.

Last October, the news broke that Marvel Studios had fired Daredevil: Born Again Head Writers Chris Ord and Matt Corman as part of a creative overhaul.

Directors hired to helm the remaining instalments of the 9-episode were also let go, and while some of the material shot will still be used, the idea was to take the Daredevil revival in a new creative direction.

Dario Scardapane was later tapped to serve as showrunner, with Moon Knight and Loki directors Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead brought on board to help right the ship.

Now, the Writers Guild of America website has revealed the official writing credits and Ord and Corman are only credited for the second episode. This suggests that most of their ideas were left on the cutting room floor and their contributions are now minimal at best. They will, however, still be named as executive producers.

You may recall that, when Daredevil: Born Again was first announced, it was as an 18-episode TV series. The news was met with surprise and excitement in equal measure, especially as the vast majority of Marvel Studios' streaming offerings have been only 6 episodes.

We've seen Marvel Studios struggle to master small screen storytelling, and Daredevil: Born Again soon ran into trouble. The show's original creative team made it so that Matt Murdock didn't suit up for at least the first four or five episodes; if these 18 episodes were a movie, then that's only the first act; however, for a weekly TV show, such an approach could be a major turn-off for fans.

As a result, Daredevil: Born Again received a creative overhaul and was split into two nine-episode seasons.

Talking to Phase Hero, Marvel Studios' Head of Streaming, Television, and Animation, Brad Winderbaum explained the decision to essentially split the Daredevil revival in two.

Marvel Studios has released two new official stills from Daredevil: Born Again ahead of its Disney+ debut next March. The first shows the Man Without Fear in costume, while the second highlights a tense confrontation between Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk.

We can also confirm, courtesy of Disney's press site, that this exchange between the two enemies takes place in the first episode.

"I think it's a series that can run for multiple seasons," Marvel Studios' Head of TV, Streaming, and Animation, Brad Winderbaum, confirmed earlier this week. Late last night, fans who played the first episode of Agatha All Along were treated to a new trailer revealing the first official footage from Daredevil: Born Again, Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, Ironheart, What If...? season 3, Marvel Zombies, Eyes of Wakanda, and even Wonder Man.
