- Many of Troughton's "Doctor Who" (1963) episodes no longer exist in video or film form. A number of soundtracks have survived, and these have been released on tape and CD in the form of audio dramas in the 1990s-2000s.
- (1946) He acted in William Shakespeare's play, "Much Ado About Nothing", at the Aldwych Theatre in London, England with Robert Donat, Renée Asherson and Harcourt Williams in the cast. Fabia Drake was the director.

- (1974) He narrated a public information short which warned of the dangers of placing a rug on a freshly-polished floor.
- (9-23 January 1986) Played Philip's Father in BBC Radio 4's three-part drama "A Man Alone" for "The Afternoon Play" strand.
